Students from the Gymnasium nr. 5 in Oleśnica, organized lesson about countries, where the participants of MLC project were presenting their countries. “It was really interesting and useful lesson for us. Now we know about Armenian history, Romanian gypsy school, Spanish people, German musicians and Portugal nature. We don’t know so many people from abroad and it is good chance to meet with people from Armenia, Romania, Spain, Germany and Portugal. Also it is good, because now we know very interesting things about these countries”,-told student Marta Korpecka.
“Now started process of integration, because we have some stereotypes about countries (doesn’t matter good or bad). I can see that students are very interested to know more about countries-their traditions, style of life”,-mention the teacher of the history Pani Beata Rubaszewska.
Organizers promised that cooperation with volunteers will be continued in the future. Teacher mentioned, that in their school also is working some kind of „voluntary service”. It means that students help each other in educational issues, problems even out of the school and etc. This sense to see volunteers in the action is also very important and instructive.
